General Disclaimer and Liability 

1. Program Overview & Timeframe

The Empowered Wives Mastery Program is an 8-week private coaching and group experience led by Coach Michelle of Feminine Brilliance Relationship Coaching. Your program includes:

  • Private coaching sessions (number as agreed upon at purchase)

  • Access to the Skool private community for 8 weeks, beginning on your official program start date, including the group wins/challenges board, optional reflection prompts, and the live group call schedule with replays

  • Bonus access to The Empowered Wife 4-Week Workshop (self-paced, on-demand video series with accompanying workbooks) for the duration of your program

  • 2–3 live group calls per week (attendance optional, replays available)

  • Access to all included materials, resources, and group features ends at the conclusion of your 8-week program.

Start and end dates will be provided upon enrollment. All private coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within your program window unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Coach Michelle.

2. VIP Messaging Support (if purchased)

If you have chosen to add VIP WhatsApp Support to your program, this add-on provides:

  • Ongoing written support between sessions to assist with homework integration, practicing skills, and deepening breakthroughs without waiting for your next 1:1 session

  • A 24–36 hour response time (or sooner, excluding holidays)

  • Messaging must be limited to program-related challenges, questions, reflections, and breakthroughs; it is not a replacement for therapy, crisis counseling, or unlimited general life coaching

  • Messages sent outside of these guidelines may be addressed during your next scheduled session instead

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating in this program, clients acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and outcomes are their own responsibility. Coaching is intended to provide guidance, support, and strategies to enhance personal and relationship growth; however, it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Clients agree to seek independent professional services as needed.

4. No Guarantees

Coach Michelle does not guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on client commitment, personal circumstances, and application of tools provided.

5. Medical, Mental Health, and Well-Being

Clients understand that the program may involve mindfulness practices, self-care routines, emotional processing, intuitive tools (including oracle cards, moon cycle flow alignment, and somatic practices), and other personal development exercises. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. All faiths are welcome — these tools are not religious in nature and will not interfere with personal beliefs. Clients agree to the use of these tools as part of the program, as they are required for Coach Michelle’s certification process. To do this, client must provide date, time, and location of birth to Coach Michelle at time of intake to prepare tool alignment. Not all tools may be used; selection is based on each client’s needs.

6. Assumption of Risk

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional discomfort, relationship changes, or unforeseen consequences.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feminine Brilliance Relationship Coaching, Coach Michelle, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feminine Brilliance Relationship Coaching shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality and Recordings

Clients consent to the recording of coaching sessions for training and review purposes. All materials remain the property of Feminine Brilliance Relationship Coaching and may not be reproduced without written permission. Upon request, clients may be provided with a copy of their private 1:1 session to gain further personal insights for their journey. 

10. Non-Replicability of Materials

All program materials are proprietary. Clients agree not to replicate, distribute, or use them outside personal application.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation, then mediation if needed, in the state of Missouri.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Missouri law.

13. Modification of Terms

Coach Michelle reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days’ notice.

14. Acknowledgment

By participating, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, and that they are responsible for their own well-being, choices, and results during and after the program.
