These are private 75-minute, virtual, desire-led, trauma-informed coaching sessions using VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching tools and embodiment practices.
We begin by getting very clear about what you want to experience, then gently explore what may be getting in the way — one layer at a time.

3-Session Focused Experience

Three 75-minute private sessions
Best for a relatively focused desire or one specific area you want to explore.
Together we will:
- clearly define and “color in” your desire
- identify one primary area of focus
- explore what may be challenging your ability to experience or receive it
- use appropriate VITA embodiment and/or lasering tools
- work with what emerges
- create practices you can continue using on your own
This is the best option if you want a meaningful introduction to the methodology and a focused area of exploration.
6-Session Deep Dive
$797
Six 75-minute private sessions
Best when you want more room to follow what emerges.
Six sessions allow us to work with multiple layers, observe what happens between sessions, adjust practices, deepen embodiment, and reinforce new capacity over time.
Choose this if your desire feels more complex than one isolated issue or you want greater support integrating the work.
10-Session Transformational Journey
$1,297
Ten 75-minute private sessions
This is the option I most strongly recommend for long-standing, recurring, or deeply ingrained patterns.
It may be especially appropriate if you have:
- tried repeatedly to understand or change the issue
- experienced temporary improvement that did not last
- noticed the same relationship or emotional pattern for years
- experienced a deeply rooted barrier around trust, intimacy, sexuality, receiving, or self-worth
- a desire that appears to involve several layers
Ten sessions give us the greatest amount of time to work gently, adapt the process as new information emerges, practice new responses, and support integration over time.
Why Is the Rate Lower Right Now?
I have completed the VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach training curriculum and am currently completing the final client practicum requirements toward certification.
These sessions are part of that final certification process.
My anticipated private rate after certification is:
$250+ per 75-minute session
The rates above are limited practicum pricing and are available only during this final certification period.
All sessions must be completed by December 18, 2026.
Please choose a package only if your schedule realistically allows you to complete all purchased sessions by that date.
Important Recording Requirement
Because these are certification practicum sessions, sessions must be recorded.
Your video/image is not submitted for certification review.
Your full name is not used in the submitted certification material.
The required recording is accessible only to Michelle and the appropriate certification reviewer as part of the certification process and is destroyed after the required review process according to the applicable certification procedure.
You will be asked to explicitly acknowledge and agree to the recording requirement during enrollment.
If you are not comfortable with the required recording, please do not purchase a practicum package.

Embodiment may include breathwork, body awareness, visualization, movement, sound, emotional processing, nervous-system practices, lasering tools, and other VITA-based exercises.
Sexuality can absolutely be part of this work.
It does not have to be.
There is never nudity, sexual touching, or self-pleasure during a session.
If private self-pleasure or partnered practices are suggested between sessions, they are always discussed with you first and are optional.
Your Part in the Process
This work is collaborative.
For the greatest benefit, please come prepared to:
- be open and honest about what is actually happening
- participate in agreed-upon embodiment practices
- practice appropriate tools between sessions
- attend from a private, safe, uninterrupted space
- communicate if something does not feel right or aligned
There is never shame if something feels difficult.
We get curious.
We adjust.
And we work with what is actually there rather than forcing you past it.

You have one relatively focused area or want a meaningful introduction to the work.
Choose 6 sessions if:
You expect several layers or want more time to practice and integrate with support.
Choose 10 sessions if:
The pattern is long-standing, recurring, deeply ingrained, or has already resisted previous attempts to understand or change it.
Because practicum availability is limited, additional sessions at these rates may not still be available after your initial package is complete.
